FREIGHT CHARGES
Freight charges are not include in our list pricing. Therefore we will add a relevant freight
charge to your order. Prior to doing so we will advise you of the applicable charge.
Freight charges are calculated subject to destination, weight and / or cubic size of your parcel (s). Your order
is sent by Australia Post and is generally three day delivery within the CBD throughout Australia and up to seven days for
wider areas.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We stand by the products we sell. If you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase,
please contact us immediately and you may return the products for refund or exchange.
Always check the contents of your delivery against the invoice provided. If you find a discrepancy, please report
it to us within 5 working days of receiving your goods.
